Matching listing agents who want wider exposure with content-creating agents who need fresh listings to film.
PropOp is the matchmaker. We don't get in the way of how you already work, we just connect the right agents to the right listings.
Listing agents upload their active listings. Content creators search by price, area, and size to find listings that fit their feed.
Content creators request access. Listing agents are notified and provide direct booking links to their preferred showing service or contact info.
Content creators tour the property, post on social with the right tags, and submit the link back. Listing agents see every post about their listing in one place.
Every content-creating agent agrees to these before they can request access to a listing. Listing agents can report violations, and we remove anyone who breaks the rules.
When scheduling, the agent must specify this is for content creation, not a buyer showing.
Every post includes #PropertyAddress on every platform where it's published.
"Thanks @[listing agent] for the tour" goes in every post description.
The agent speaks about the property as if it were their own listing to sell.
Content creators may not represent themselves as the listing agent for the property.
After publishing, the agent returns to PropOp and pastes the URL of every post.
Right now, yes. PropOp is free while we're in beta and working out the kinks. Once things are streamlined, we'll move to a simple paid model: $5 a month for founding members who join during the beta, and $5 per month per listing after that. The per-listing fee isn't really about the revenue. It's about keeping the data honest. When it costs a little to keep a listing live, agents only keep the active ones up, which means you're browsing real, current inventory instead of scrolling past listings that sold three months ago. Founding members keep that $5 rate for their first year. We may adjust pricing down the road, and we'll be straight with you about why: there's a real cost to running a platform like this, and it grows as the platform does. Our goal is to keep PropOp as affordable as we can while keeping it worth using. You'll always get plenty of notice before anything changes.
Any currently licensed real estate agent with an active license. Builders and builder representatives can also join to list properties available for content-creating agents. All accounts are manually approved at registration to keep the network legitimate and high-quality.
Every content-creating agent agrees to specific rules before they can request access, represent the property positively, include the property address as a hashtag, tag you as the listing agent, and never market the listing as their own. If anyone violates the rules, you can report them, and we remove violators from the platform.
Yes. Content-creating agents are required to submit the URL of every published post back to PropOp within 7 days. You'll have a running record of every video and post made about your listing, perfect for forwarding to your sellers as proof of marketing reach.
Yes, and this is one of the main reasons content creators love PropOp. But this is exactly how content creators turn their feed into buyer leads.
Listing agents confirm seller consent at the listing upload step. We recommend including a brief content-creation consent line in the listing agreement template you use with sellers.
PropOp is open to licensed agents nationwide. Sign up and start listing or browsing right away, the network grows as more agents in your area join. The more agents on the platform, the more opportunities for everyone, so feel free to share PropOp with any agents you know.
